The prize draw is being operated by FofX Academy Limited (hereinafter referred to as “FofX”), #1 Ayodele Okeowo Street, Gbagada, Lagos, Nigeria.

1. TO ENTER

Every individual who answers and submits the FofX “General Survey” (and who fulfills the eligibility criteria stated in 2. below) will automatically be entered into a draw to receive the prize. There is no charge to enter.

By submitting a response to the survey, it will be assumed that you wish to be entered into the draw, and in doing so are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these rules. If you do not wish to enter, please notify FofX in writing at info@fofxacademy.com, or at the above address.

2. ELIGIBILITY

This survey and prize competition is open to all Nigerian residents aged 18 years or over, with the exception of employees of FofX, its promoter, its affiliates, agents, their families, and anyone else connected with this promotion. To enter simply fill in the survey, and submit your answers alongside your full name and contact details.

The survey may only be completed online and no alternative means of completing the survey will be offered. A survey must contain an answer to at least two questions to qualify for entry. Survey responses must be received no later than 11:59 PM on Friday 12th July 2019 to be eligible for entry into the draw.

FofX accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the FofX by the relevant closing date for any reason. Proof of posting or sending is not proof of receipt. Automatically generated entries or entries via agents or third parties are invalid and shall not be considered. Entries become the property of FofX and are not returned.

Only one entry per person. No entrant may win more than one prize. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.

3. TO WIN

All valid and correctly completed entries received by the closing date will be entered into a prize draw which will be performed by a random computer process. The draw will take place at 12:00 noon on Saturday, 20th July 2019 during our second (2nd) free workshop event for July at our premises.

The winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries and the first two names drawn on Saturday 20th July 2019 will be the winners. This will be the final decision. Should unforeseen circumstances prevent the draw from taking place on that day, it will be made at the first opportunity thereafter.

If a winner cannot be traced after reasonable efforts have been made by FofX, that person will forego the right to claim the prize, and another name will be drawn at random and declared the winner.

FofX accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.

4. THE PRIZE

Two prizes will be offered to two persons: one movie ticket each to the value of no more than N3,000 (Three Thousand Naira Only). No alternative prize or cash alternative will be offered. However, in the event that the original prize offered is not available, FofX retains the right to substitute with another prize of similar value.

5. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

The winner will be notified by telephone or e-mail on 22nd July 2019. The winner must claim their prize within 7 days of FofX sending the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and FofX reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.

6. WINNER PUBLICITY

Entrants accept that, if they win, FofX reserves the right to publish the name and location of the winner in its future promotions, without additional permission. Photographs will not be used without the winner’s consent.

7. WINNING ENTRY DETAILS

The names of the winners will be sent to anyone who emails info@fofxacademy.com within 1 month after the closing date, requesting details of the winners.

8. CANCELLATION

FofX reserves the right to cancel the free prize draw at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of its control. FofX may disqualify any entrant whose entry (in its sole opinion) does not comply with these terms and conditions or who, in FofX’s sole determination, has acted in a manner that is fraudulent, dishonest or unjust to other entrants including, without limitation, tampering with the operation of the draw, manipulating or rigging votes, hacking, deceiving, cheating or by harassing or threatening other entrants or a representative of FofX.

9. LIABILITIES

FofX, its affiliates, and agents accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize draw or accepting the prize. FofX and its affiliates and agents further disclaim liability for any injury or damage to you or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Prize Draw.

FofX shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.

10. QUERIES, COMPLAINTS & GOVERNING LAW

Any queries or complaints should be forwarded to FofX at info@fofxacademy.com, whose decision will be final. These rules are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

11. YOUR DATA

FofX and its relating company will use any personal data submitted by entrants only for the purpose of running the prize draw, marketing, and promotional purposes, and unless otherwise stated in the entry details. By entering this prize draw, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by FofX for the purposes of the administration of this prize draw and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.
